Uhhh....

Boy, the beach was not as much fun as I thought it would be. Mom and dad went on some walks without me and the ones they took me on weren't that much fun. There wasn't anything to chase and there were cars on the beach.
Dad and mom gave me something to calm me down before we drove to the beach. The problem was it didn't calm me down, it hyped me up. I was like a gerbil on speed in the back of the car. Man that was a really long ride, but I talked dad into a stop or two on our way down there.
The house we stayed in wasn't anything like my big house. It had stairs and a small yard where there were a few smells but nothing really interesting. I marked it anyway.
The beach down there was only sand and water. Nothing else, just sand and water. The water was muddy looking and really salty. It really sucked!
We are home now and Mom and dad are a little sick. I missed my walk yesterday, but the took me to the river today. The river was really high and there wasn't much beach to run on. But it was more fun than the ocean....
Maybe next time we could just go to the river and skip the ocean. I would have more fun!
